Since 2001, we—Richard and Monique—have made Cyprus our home. What began as a passion project has grown into a collection of boutique houses. From lovingly restoring historic village homes to building new boutique residences, each of our projects is crafted with care, character, and a deep respect for Cyprus’ heritage.
Every home has been created by us, with an eye for detail and a heart for charm. We believe that little touches make all the difference—from the layout and decor to the feeling you get when you first step inside. Each space tells its own story, while reflecting the warmth and style we’ve poured into it.
Our goal has always been simple: to create places that feel both special and welcoming. Not hotels, but unique boutique homes where you can slow down, relax, and feel at home.

In each house you’ll find our very own olive oil, produced from the trees on our estate. It’s a small taste of the land we call home, shared with you during your stay.
Natura 2000
Our little getaway is nestled right next to the Natura 2000 protected area of Limnatis and Korfi. Natura 2000 is a Europe-wide network that safeguards rare habitats and species, helping preserve the beauty and biodiversity of our region.
This special site, established in 2013, covers almost 2,900 hectares and is home to 9 protected habitats and 67 protected species. Staying here means you are surrounded by a living landscape where nature is carefully protected and allowed to thrive.
